Wilika Ndilimeke Frai

My name is Wilika Ndilimeke Frai, and I was born in Windhoek, Namibia. Growing up in Katutura with my nine siblings, I experienced a challenging childhood filled with hard work and resilience.

My educational journey began in Gibeon, continued at Rundu Secondary School, and led to advanced degrees in Human Resources and Business Management from the University of South Africa.

My life’s story, reflected in this book, showcases my dedication to overcoming challenges and inspiring those facing serious health issues, embodying the strength of the human spirit and the power of determination.
